I’m Becca and I’m from a small town in the north of England called Holmfirth. Where I grew up is very picturesque, for that reason I love nature and walking my dog!

I later moved to Edinburgh, where I studied my degree in English Literature and Spanish; this mixture is very useful for teaching because I have a passion for both my own language and Spanish. I also studied for a year at the Universidad de Sevilla for my Erasmus and I fell in love with the city and its culture.

I have always loved to travel: I spent a summer in Spain teaching English to children before university: the following summer I went to India to work as an au pair. After these formative experiences, when I finished my degree, becoming an English teacher seemed like the next logical step. I completed my TEFL qualification and I am now incredibly happy to be part of the Language Planet team here in Seville !
